Course Overview: Leadership is not limited to formal positions. It involves responsibility, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, ethical judgement, and the ability to influence others positively in diverse environments.

This course develops practical leadership and collaboration skills, including leadership styles, personal influence, team communication, trust, accountability, inclusion, shared problem-solving, adaptability, conflict management, feedback, and ethical decision-making.

Target Audience: Student leaders, project teams, club members, volunteers, and students preparing to collaborate and lead in diverse settings.
