Frequently Asked Questions

Use the sections below to find help quickly.

General Campus Questions

Campus is xtraLesson’s University Student Success and Employability Academy. It helps university students build practical skills for academic success, digital readiness, leadership, career preparation, innovation, global citizenship, and graduate employability.

Campus is designed for university students, first-year students, final-year students, graduates preparing for work, students seeking internships, student leaders, young innovators, and learners who want to improve confidence, productivity, and employability.

Audio Deep Dives are podcast-style learning conversations. They help you explore course ideas through practical discussions, student scenarios, guided reflection, and real-world examples.

They are useful for review, reinforcement, and learning on the go.

Yes. Campus is designed for flexible self-paced learning. You can start a course, resume lessons later, complete activities, review study guides, and track your progress through the LMS.

Start by browsing the UniSphere™ programs or choosing a recommended learning pathway. Select the course that matches your current goal, enroll, begin the lessons, complete the activities, and track your progress through your dashboard.

Accessing Your Account

Go to the Campus LMS login page and enter the email address and password provided during registration or enrollment. After logging in, you should be able to access your learner dashboard, enrolled courses, course progress, and certificates.

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset your password.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If the issue continues, contact support.

You may not be logged in, your account may not be fully activated, or your access may not yet be assigned by your institution or program coordinator.

Try logging out and logging in again. If the problem continues, contact support with your full name, registered email address, and institution or program name.

Enrolling in Courses

Go to the course catalog, select the course you want to take, and click the enrollment or start button if the course is available to you.

Some courses may require access approval from your university, institution, or program coordinator.

You may not have access to that course yet, or the course may be restricted to a specific program, cohort, institution, or learner group.

Contact your institution’s program coordinator or xtraLesson support if you believe you should have access.

You can browse available courses from the Courses or Programs section of the LMS. Courses are organized under Campus programs such as Academic Success, Digital Future Skills, Student Leadership, Career Readiness, Innovation and Startup, Global Citizenship, and Graduate Employability.

Resuming Lessons

Go to your learner dashboard and open your enrolled courses. Select the course you want to continue, then resume from the latest lesson or module available.

In most cases, your progress will be saved as you complete lessons, quizzes, and activities. You can check your progress from the learner dashboard or course progress area.

Refresh the page, log out and log back in, and check again. If your progress is still missing, contact support and include the course name, lesson title, and a short description of the issue.

Completing Quizzes and Knowledge Checks

Open the quiz or knowledge check inside the course lesson, answer the questions, and submit your responses. Your score or completion status may appear after submission depending on the course setup.

Knowledge checks are designed to help you learn and reinforce important ideas. If another attempt is allowed, review the lesson, study guide, or workbook activity, then try again.

This may happen because of an internet connection issue, incomplete answers, browser problems, or a temporary technical issue.

Check that all required questions are answered, refresh your browser if needed, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with the course name, quiz name, and screenshot if available.

Accessing Study Guides and Workbooks

Study guides, workbooks, templates, and practical activities may be attached inside course lessons, modules, or the course materials section.

Availability depends on the specific course and your access permissions.

Some materials may be downloadable, while others may be viewed directly inside the LMS. If a download button is available, you can download the file for personal learning use.

First check the lesson, module, and course materials section. If you still cannot find it, contact support with the course name and lesson title.

Downloading Certificates

Yes, you may receive a completion certificate after successfully completing a course, depending on the course setup and completion requirements.

Certificates recognize your participation, progress, or course completion.

Go to your learner dashboard or completed courses section. If the certificate is available, you should see an option to view or download it.

Your certificate may not appear if you have not completed all required lessons, quizzes, activities, or course requirements.

Check your course progress first. If everything is complete and the certificate still does not appear, contact support.

Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, xtraLesson certificates do not represent formal academic credit, university degree equivalence, professional licensing, government accreditation, or regulatory certification.

They recognize participation, progress, or course completion.
