This course develops verbal and nonverbal communication, professional writing, communication styles, teamwork, meetings, presentations, difficult conversations, cross-cultural communication, executive presence, persuasion, negotiation, storytelling, crisis communication, virtual collaboration, personal branding, online reputation, documentation, and communication ethics.
